Welcome to Soul Awakenings Holistic Healing, my name is Katrina Nadeau and I am a Holistic Counsellor based in Melbourne, Australia. The holistic space has called out to me throughout my whole life, first appearing as a genuine interest and then overtime becoming an integral part of my own journey towards healing and self-discovery – which can be an ever-expanding experience. 

Soul Awakenings Holistic Healing is built upon the ever-expanding experience of discovering and awakening the self – the whole self. It is my belief that within us resides a beautiful and vast reservoir that is mainly untouched and unknown and within this reservoir lay our greatest strengths and most genuine desires that are yet to be made tangible or contemplated. Alot of us go through this life completely or partially unaware of these gifts and capacities – but I know from personal experience, that once you tap into even just the surface you will continue on your journey with a knowing that there is so much more to who you are and to what this life could truly be.

However, I have also found that just having an awareness of such beauty and potential does not amount to be being able to make use of it – our life experiences, unresolved trauma(s) and perception of self and of others may cause blockages within that inhibit our capacity to tap into these parts of ourselves. I have found that it is through inner work that progressively these gifts become more accessible. Inner work, however, means facing what we may have been avoiding and sitting with what can make us feel anxious, fearful, depressed, ashamed and overall feel a sense of unease.  

My place within Soul Awakenings is to help guide you through the journey within and to help soften and then dissolve the barriers keeping you from living in alignment with your true self. Through an open and gentle dialogue combined with energy healing, we together can explore the vast landscape of what it is to be human and find a way to wholeness – allowing space for positive transformative change to occur within you and therefore within your life.
